“ La Palma is nothing short of amazing! The food was absolutely delicious, the portions were generous and the price wasn't unfair. Our waitress, Maria, was funny, knowledgeable, helpful and very attentive. The ambiance was delightful too! I highly recommend La Palma! ”
“ La Palma offered a delightful dining experience, enhanced by its open kitchen concept and chic, modern interior that subtly evoked the ambiance of a palm-friged island. My companion and I began our evening with cocktails; I enjoyed the "That's Amore", a sophisticated take on a Paper Plane, while my partner opted for the refreshing Vellema water. For our appetizers, we shared a selection of expertly prepared dishes: The Tuna Crudo, Wagyu Meatballs and the Burrata, each showing fresh, creative and high-quality ingredients. Out entrees were equally impressive. I savored the delicate Agnolotti, while my partner chose the restaurant's signature 100-layer Lasagna, a testament to culinary artistry. To conclude our meal, we shared a decadent a Chocolate Torte and a soothing Chamomile Tea. ”
“ Tonight was my first time ever going to La Palma and that itself should be considered a crime. From the moment we stepped in, We were greeted with warmth, and incomparable customer service. The ambiance was warm and candle lit with a hint of home. Everyone just seemed to be on the same page and just flowed so organically. I love the layout of La Palma as it allows you to appreciate the highly skilled professional chefs that genuinely pour passion into their craft and you can taste it in the delicious food they serve. THE FOOD...The 100 layered lasagna will be making an appearance in tonights dreams. I can’t wait to come back and if you’re overwhelmed.. trust your servers recommendations.. we did and I have no regrets! The Only thing I’d change (out of preference and not because it’s needed.. is Id add a little scoop of vanilla ice-cream to their Toffee pudding (dessert). If you read this review.. please just trust me and treat yourself... you deserve it! ”
“ I really enjoyed this place this place was as advertised. I don't know actually how I came across it but I know that I saw it on some show.On my visit to Toronto I know that I had to stop by. The service was fast and friendly, this place had an open kitchen so you can see everything that's going on. Watching the chefs prepare your food is an art form. I went for the 100 layer lasagna and it exceeded my expectations. If you're in the Toronto area this is a must. I will be visiting this place again. Thanks for the great service ”
“ 5. Dined in for dinner twice recently and really enjoyed both of my experiences. The space is fun and vibrant and a good place to take parents because it’s not too dark. Menu changes but they also have some staples. Very accommodating of allergies and were very careful with both dairy and soy. Modified dishes and I wouldn’t have even missed the cheese they were done so well! Service was strong even when busy, mains took a long time both times I was there- server was apologetic. One of the times they comped one of the mains which was kind of them. I preferred the fish from October to the fish in November but other than that things were consistently great. ”
“ Great Rooftop Dining for Mother's Day We had a wonderful Mother's Day meal at La Palma. The rooftop seating was perfect for the beautiful weather, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Service was attentive without being overbearing, making the whole meal smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a great spot for a special occasion or a nice meal on a sunny terrace. ”
“ Went for mothers day brunch, everyone enjoyed the lasagna, buratta and rose. I had the savory waffle with mushroom, asparagus and whipped lemon ricotta. My family enjoyed their French toast, smoked salmon club sandwich and Shakshouka. ”
“ Love this place! The aesthetic, food, service - probably the best I’ve experienced in a while in Toronto! Tried the famous 100 layer lasagna, it was good but a touch too salty for my liking and a little cold. You can tell the restaurant uses high quality ingredients across all dishes I tried! Another major highlight were the potatoes! Ughhh soooo flavourful and crispy ”
